Refund policy
We take pride in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition and if the order is not to a high standard upon delivery. Any problems should be reported via email within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. We do require evidence of any issues such as damage to outer packaging or with products (cracks, spillage etc) without this we cannot make a claim through Royal Mail and you may be refused a replacement or refund if you are not able to provide photographic evidence when requested.
We not accept returns on most purchases such as certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as vitamins etc..), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as hair and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If there are any manufacturing fault with the product please contact us by email to notify us with images attached. Any faulty claims should be sent to us within 48 hours of receipt of product. Once the claim has been reviewed, and if appropriate, a replacement will be sent out to you within 5 days.

Once we receive the product you will receive a refund within 5 working days if the product has not been opened for hygiene reasons.
All products must be unopened and in its original shipped condition for the return to be accepted. Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item first. You must not remove the seals from the product. Free returns is not currently available at this time. To return an item contact us via our contact form.
